The 2014 HIFF Lifetime Achievement Award was personally accepted by Academy Award Nominee BURT YOUNG (Rocky; Back to School; Mickey Blue Eyes; Once Upon a Time in America; Rocky sequels)and the 2014 Excellence & Achievement in Acting Award was presented to Superstar Actor MICHAEL BIEHN (The Terminator; The Seventh Sign; Tombstone) . At HIFF’s Opening Night Celebrations on May 29, 2015 and Gala Awards Ceremony on June 4, 2015 other legendary stars will be honored with these awards (TBA shortly).

The 2015 Closing Night Movie will be JOKER’S WILD – a frightening horror/psychological with a powerful twist ending. THE LIFE ZONE PART 2, a star-filled sequel to its highly controversial predecessor The Life Zone, will be the HIFF 2015 Opening Night Movie.
